The FX-SGB Series Tunnel Power Boosters by Feixiangda are developed as power supply equipment to perfectly solve the power tunnel problems.They are designed to address the issues of low terminal voltage and large voltage fluctuation range caused by long- distance power supply in the construction of long and large tunnels and extra-large bridges for expressways,high -speed railways, urban subways,water diversion projects,etc.These issues affect the normal start -up and operation of equipment such as delivery pumps,spray humidifiers,air compressors,three-arm rock drillingjumbos,roadheaders,etc.
The FX-SGB Series replaces the traditional power supply solution of using high -voltage box-type transformers in long and large tunnels.It greatly reduces the costs such as the fees for applying to the power supply bureau for installation of high-voltage box- type transformers in the early stage,the cost of purchasing high-voltage box -type transformers(European -style box-type transformers),and the cost of purchasing high-voltage cables;it also reduces the time for applying to the power supply bureau for installation and the time for laying high-voltage cables.The high-voltage box-type transformers are large in volume,and the space in the tunnel is small,so the placement position is very limited.As the tunnel is excavated deeper,the voltage will also decrease,and the high -voltage box-type transformers will move accordingly.It reduces the power outage connection time.It reduces the power supply production cost by about two -thirds,improves the production efficiency,increases the production output value,and improves the benefits for the project department and the group company.
The FX-SGB Series Tunnel Power Boosters are smaller in size than high -voltage box-type transformersmaking them convenient for installation and movement;the installation time is short,and if the preparation work is done well,the installation can be completed in about three hours;the installation can be carried out during the tunnel muck -out time,without affecting normal production;the originallow-voltage cables of 0.6/1kV with a cross-section of 240/185 square millimeters can be used,and there is no need to replace the cables.The high-voltage box-type transformers are large in size,and the space inside the tunnel is small,so the placement position is very limited.As the tunnelis excavated deeper,the voltage will also decrease,and the high-voltage box-type transformers will move accordingly.

The Feixiangda FX-SGB Series Tunnel Power Boosters adopt a design where the output voltage of the box-type transformer at the tunnel portal,which is 400V,is input into the tunnel power booster to be stepped up to 900V.Then,it is transmitted via ordinary 0.6/1KV national standard power cables with a cross -section of 240/185 square millimeters to te rear end of the delivery pump of the tunnel secondary lining trolley.After that,it is input into the tunnel power step-down device to convert the high voltage of900V into 400V/430V for the normal power supply of the delivery pump and the wet-spraying truck.(Customized according to the actual power consumption situation of the tunnelto ensure the normal power consumption demand of the tunnel)
